Payment process via USDT

Getting Started​

  • If this is your first time adding funds, please select "USDT" as your payment method.

  • If this is your second time adding funds (and the left sidebar is now unblocked), check Payment >> Choose USDT method and do the same as this guideline.

USDT Payment Process​

Step 1: Select Payment Options​

  • Select Coin → Choose the coin you want to use
  • Transfer Network → Select the correct network
  • Enter Amount → Choose amount you want to add fund
  • Click the "Continue" button

Step 2: Transfer Funds​

Transfer the money from your wallet to our wallet address. Please make sure to follow the information exactly:

  • Use the exact coin you selected
  • Use the exact network you selected
  • Copy the wallet address exactly
  • Copy the exact amount shown (DO NOT round it)

Step 3: Complete Transaction​

Once you complete the transaction, please:

  • Enter the exact transaction ID
  • Upload a screenshot of the billing/transfer as an attachment
  • Click "Done"

Confirmation​

You've successfully added funds, please check your Zeno balance.

  • Ethereum (ERC-20)
  • Tron (TRC-20)
  • Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20)
  • Polygon (MATIC)

Transaction Requirements​

  • Minimum Amount: $100 USD equivalent
  • Maximum Amount: $50,000 USD equivalent
  • Processing Time: 1-6 hours (depending on network congestion)
  • Confirmation Required: Upload transaction screenshot

Security Guidelines​

  • Double-check wallet address before sending
  • Verify network selection matches your wallet
  • Keep transaction ID for reference
  • Screenshot transaction for verification
  • Contact support if transaction is delayed
